Meet Our Team

TREATMENT COORDINATOR: Donna Donna has 38 years of dental experience, all within this practice! She is married with three grown children who are now providing her with grandchildren to enjoy. She also likes spending time with her family, quilting, cooking and working out. Donna “enjoys meeting new people every day” and her enthusiasm for today's orthodontic techniques shines through when she explains the many benefits of a beautiful smile.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Sandy Sandy likes “watching the changes take place in the patients” as they go through treatment. The positive results and increased self-esteem of the patients makes her job rewarding. Sandy is married with 2 children, and 2 step-children. She has 36 years of dental experience, and 26 of these years are right here in this practice. Sandy and her husband share their home with a Pug named Izzy and 2 Ragdoll cats named Caldonia and Harmony. In her free time she enjoys biking.

SCHEDULING SECRETARY/PATIENT LIAISON: Cathy Cathy has worked in this practice for 18 years, and has been in the dental field for 38 years. She and her husband have 2 children, 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. Chance and Daisy, their Basset Hounds, and PeeWee, a Pointer, keep their home busy. Cathy likes to spend time with her grandchildren, bike, go antique shopping with her husband, and travel within the Newburgh city limits. She loves “the family atmosphere with co-workers, and patients. Orthodontics is an amazing dental field. I love what we offer to our patients.”

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Johnna Johnna likes “everything” about this office, and especially enjoys working with our patients on an ongoing basis to see their beautiful end results. She is married with 2 children. She has 19 years of dental experience and has worked in this practice for 14 years. Johnna enjoys outdoor activities with her family and teaches aerobics in her spare time.

SCHEDULING SECRETARY: Monica Monica has worked in this office for 14 years. She and her husband have 2 children. In her spare time Monica enjoys watching sports with her husband and spending time with her kids, as well as doing craft projects. She keeps things running smoothly at the front desk, in a quiet, pleasant manner and always with a smile! Monica enjoys her “second family” here at the office and says “we've become so close we feel that we can share all our joys, as well as our sorrows.”

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Debbie The “friendships formed with the patients and fellow employees” brings great enjoyment to Debbie. Having been the Mom of a patient, Debbie loved bringing her son to his appointments. “He always felt special when he left”, she says. Debbie was thrilled to join the team 13 years ago. She is married with 1 son. She shares her home with 2 cats, Barlow and Cid. In her spare time Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and flower gardening. She is also a great bargain shopper.

FINANCIAL SECRETARY: Cindy Cindy has worked here for 12 years. She is married with 2 sons and 2 grandsons. Cindy and her husband enjoy cooking and following local high school sports and Notre Dame football. They have an energetic Boston Terrier named Deuce. Cindy enjoys “watching our patients grow up right in front of us”. She is dedicated to making orthodontic treatment affordable for our families by offering payment options that fit their needs.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Julie Julie loves the “fun atmosphere of the office and being part of a team that truly cares for every person we see”. She helps organize some of our community activities, including visits to a local nursing home and making holiday wishes come true for children in our area. “We all can make a difference and we love to make others smile and feel special”, Julie says. She has a Miniature Pincher named Indy (Indy Anna actually). Julie has been in the dental field for 18 years and a member of our orthodontic team for 9 years. She likes to spend time with her family, including 14 nieces and nephews, boating, reading and working in the yard.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Joy Joy has been in the dental field for 22 years, and joined our ortho team 7 years ago, when she relocated to the Evansville area. She has 2 daughters and a cat named Belle. In her spare time Joy likes to spend time with her daughters and family, swim and shop. “I love our new office and seeing the amazing results obtained by Dr. Gill” she says. “Our office is one big family and we have the best patients in the Tri-State!”

LAB TECHNICIAN: Lisa Lisa utilizes the skills she learned in dental laboratory school and on-the-job to provide excellent support services for Dr. Gill and the clinical team. “We have an absolutely great working environment.”, says Lisa. She is married, with 2 daughters and a cat named Cuddles. Lisa has 28 years of dental experience, and has been a member of our ortho team for 3 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, working crossword puzzles, going to movies and working out.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT: Jamie Jamie is married with two daughters. She has 10 years experience in the dental field, and joined our team 3 years ago. Her outside interests include spending time with her family and friends, boating and shopping. “My co-workers are so supportive and team oriented...and a great boss makes orthodontics a great profession. We are truly a family here, I think that's why we can relate to our patients so well.”

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT : Jennifer We are happy to welcome Jennifer as the newest member of the Gill Orthodontic Team. She is married and the mother of a young son. Jennifer comes to our office with 9 years of dental-assisting experience, and is a graduate of USI dental assisting program. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball and shopping. Jennifer and her husband have two dogs, Daisy and Sugar!
